Hi, I Am Jyoti A Software Engineer By Profession But A Fitness Trainer By Passion.
I Am Playing So Many Roles – A Mother, A House Wife, A Daughter In Law, Etc In My Life But One Role That I Love The Most Is Of A Women Fitness Coach. I Am My Best When I Am On The Fitness Fun Da Floor In Front Of My FunDa Family.
It All Started When The Going Was Getting Really Tough And I Was Surrounded With A Hell Of A Lot Of Responsibilities After Marriage.
One day exactly on 4th June’2018 I decided, “that’s it, I want my life back”.
I trained hard, got into several certifications, and then started training Zumba at my home to some of the females of my neighborhood.
Sooner I realized that Zumba is not made for the Typical Indian bodies, so I started building my own dance form.
It took me a year to come up with the New Indian Recipe of Fun and Dance called “Fun Da” which improves the Fitness level of an Individual.
That’s the Story behind Fitness Fun Da with Jyoti.
